Curator’s rating
Pluto mistaken for rabid after eating soap, with Pete as the dogcatcher. It is played for comedy but the stakes are unusually real for an early Mickey, and the escape sequence across the rooftops is well staged.
The premise is a rabies scare, with a dogcatcher pursuing Pluto to destroy him.
