As the title implies, Tom and Jerry are in a bowling alley. Both spend a lot of time sliding on the well-polished lanes. Eventually, Jerry takes up residence among the pins and Tom tries to bowl him down.

An early short built entirely on one location, with the polished lanes turning every movement into a slide. Choosing a setting that changes the physics of the chase is one of the smartest things the series did, and this is one of the earliest examples of it.
