Tee for Two

Tom is golfing, but the ball keeps jumping out of the cup, thanks to Jerry. Tom puts Jerry to work as a tee, but Jerry keeps doing things like replacing Tom’s ball with a bird’s egg that hatches in flight, or tying his club to his tail.

Golf, and a bee. Placing the pair inside a sport with strict etiquette is a reliable structure — the rules of the game supply the comic pressure, and the bees supply the punishment. The water-hazard sequence is the best-staged part.
