Jerry moonlights as the drummer in a mouse rock band and Tom cannot sleep — a straight reversal of the usual dynamic, since Tom's grievance is entirely legitimate. A Chuck Jones entry, and one where the 1967 setting is doing real work: this is a cartoon about noise complaints in the age of amplification.
