One of the CinemaScope-era shorts, made when MGM was pushing widescreen and the animators suddenly had a much wider frame to fill. The beach setting gives them room for crowds and long horizontal chases, and the bodybuilder humiliating Tom in front of his girlfriend is a well-observed piece of cruelty.
