One of the most widely screened films Disney ever made outside cinemas: it became a staple of driver education and road-safety programmes for decades. Mild Mr Walker becomes the monstrous Mr Wheeler the instant he gets behind a wheel, and the transformation is played as straight Jekyll-and-Hyde horror. It is sharper social satire than anything else in the Goofy series, and it is still shown in traffic-safety contexts today.
