An early short in which Jerry weaponises a radio horror programme against Tom. The ghost-scare format was everywhere in 1940s animation and Tom and Jerry did it unusually well — Tom's terror is played with real commitment, and the film understands that fear is funnier than pain.
A radio ghost story and sustained supernatural scares; also features Mammy Two Shoes.
