With Scrooge out of action, the nephews take charge of the business empire.

The children-in-charge episode is a fixture of the genre, and this one is unusually pointed — the boys make the mistakes Scrooge has spent the series warning them about, which retroactively justifies a great deal of his lecturing. The title is very much of 1990.
