The Beagle Boys become a chart-topping rock band, which turns out to be a far better racket than robbery.

A joke about the music industry aimed comfortably over the children's heads, in the tradition of every cartoon that has ever put its villains on a stage. The Beagle Boys are ideal for it because their incompetence at crime says nothing about their suitability for fame.
