A robot takes a serious romantic interest in Gizmoduck, and will not take no for an answer.

The Gizmoduck episodes let the series be a superhero show for twenty-two minutes at a time, complete with the genre's furniture — secret identities, rival machines, city-scale threats. Fenton works as a hero precisely because he is anxious and underqualified, which was still a fresh idea in 1990.
