Part four of five. The Beagle Boys have the fortune, and Duckburg has to live with the consequences of criminals becoming its wealthiest citizens.

The most satirical instalment of the serial: it asks what actually changes when the money moves, and answers that the Beagle Boys are hopeless at being rich because they have no idea what to do next. It is a sharper joke about wealth than a children's cartoon needed to make.
