The Beagle Boys get hold of Gyro's construction robots and use them against Scrooge.

The Beagle Boys are the series' most reliable comic engine because they are hopeless: identical, numbered, permanently incarcerated and permanently escaping. Barks invented them as a faceless criminal family, and the show's decision to give the individual brothers distinct stupidities is one of its better adaptations.
