A full-blooded Star Trek parody and one of the best-remembered episodes of the run. It works because it is about fandom rather than space: the joke is that the boys' television hero is an actor who knows nothing, while Launchpad, who knows nothing either, is at least willing to fly the thing. Children who grew up with this episode tend to name it unprompted.
