Dragon Around
1 views
Chip and Dale think they see a dragon coming toward their tree. It’s really just Donald with a power shovel, clearing the way for a freeway, but he decides to play along, fitting a welding torch to the jaws for an appropriate flame. Ultimately, with help from a large boulder, a convenient barrel of tar, and some fast wrench work, the two little rodents win.

Chip and Dale mistake Donald's steam shovel for a dragon, and Donald — instead of correcting them — welds on a torch and plays the monster. It is the chipmunk formula at its most imaginative, and the sight of a piece of construction machinery reimagined as a fire-breathing beast is exactly the kind of transformation children make on their own.
