The animated debut of Huey, Dewey and Louie, sent to visit by their mother Dumbella — the only time Donald's sister is ever named on screen. The trio had appeared in the newspaper strip first, but this is where they enter the cartoons, and where Donald's role shifts permanently from lone hothead to besieged guardian.
